How to request account deletion

1. Enter your account email in the form below.
2. You'll receive a confirmation link by email — only someone with access to that inbox can complete the request.
3. Once confirmed, a 30-day grace period begins, during which you can still cancel the deletion.
4. After the 30-day grace period, your account and personal data are anonymized and permanently deleted.

What is deleted and what is retained

Deleted or anonymized: name, email, phone, password and login credentials, messages, documents, profile data, and notification tokens.

Retained by legal obligation: tax and financial records (e.g., invoices and payment receipts) for the period required by law; data linked to legal cases may be kept in anonymized form for case-file integrity.

Timelines: a 30-day grace period until permanent deletion; data retained by legal requirement is kept only for the period set by law and then erased.
