3. Account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
• The data entered into the platform shall be its responsibility;
• Use for illicit purposes or for violation of third-party rights is prohibited.

4. Plans and payment

The trial is free for 10 days (the card is requested at sign-up and the subscription is charged automatically after the trial, unless cancelled). After the trial, continued use depends on subscribing to a plan. Charges recur according to the billing period chosen, and you can cancel at any time from the dashboard.

5. Intellectual property

The software and the trademark Lawyer. Websites are protected by law. The content you enter (data, information, documents, customers, and customization in your subdomain) remains your ownership.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided in the state in which it is located. We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse or unavailability outside our reasonable control.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian laws, elected the contractor's home forum to resolve any disputes.
